Marked 800 and lab tested, solid silver. 13.74 grams. It has a pin and also a bail/loop for adding a chain to wear it as a necklace. From Turkey, where such silver replicas of the Hittite sun God (ancient people who inhabited Anatolia - capital Hattusa - Turkish Hattusas) are made. Sun disks were found in the graves of Hatti royalty; they were the precursors to the Hittites in Anatolia about a thousand years before they morphed into the Hittites, but clientele have for the most part never heard of the Hatti, while they just may have heard of the Hittites.
Found in the John Hicks estate.
